After creating the people and their journey maps, perform a competitive audit with information processing to determine the necessary features in the app I made my first page layouts on paper and then converted them to digital format and a first low-fidelity prototype in Figma.
With my first prototype ready, I carried out a usability study in the design phase.
I found very useful and unique comments and from that information I began the development of the high-fidelity prototype.

Returning to carry out a usability study, I found that I had to make changes to accessibility issues and improved color contrasts, clarifications and subtitles on pages, icons and buttons.
